Singapore's GIC and Temasek Holdings
Came across this interesting article by the New York Times. They have put together a graphical representation of the major business transactions. Look at how many companies and how much money Singapore has invested in other foreign banks. At least we know where the money we paid for income tax and GST is going to. Let's just hope that these investments will generate positive rates.
